There are lots of ways you can earn points on purchases, so for every £1 you spend you earn three points. You will need to be logged in or create an account to start earning points.   

You can also earn points for signing up to our emails, following us on Instagram or Facebook and referring fellow colleagues! You even receive birthday points each year if you and add your birth date to your profile. 

You will be able to view your points at the top of your loyalty programme page.

To redeem your points, click on the loyalty trophy in the bottom right corner of your screen and select ‘Redeem Points.’ Here, you’ll see all available rewards. If you have enough points, you can redeem them instantly.

Alternatively, visit your loyalty page and scroll down to ‘Ways to Redeem Points’ to view and claim your rewards.

Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.

You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.

Any rewards you’ve clicked ‘Redeem’ but haven’t used yet can be found at the top of your Points page under the ‘Your Rewards’ tab. You can redeem them from there when you’re ready.

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.

For free product rewards, you must have at least one paid item in your cart prior to adding the free product.

Yes, you can opt out at any time. If you no longer wish to earn points, simply contact us and request to be removed from the loyalty programme. Please note that any accrued points will be lost.

Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
